Hi! My name is Miriam Roberts, I am licensed massage therapist who move to Idaho in 2024 from Colorado. I specialize in deep tissue massage and love working with clients through injuries or everyday aches and pains. I also love helping clients through Craniosacral Fascial Therapy. My approach
I love to take a proactive approach to helping you stay healthy. As humans we love to push aside the little aches and pains until they get to big to ignore. As a massage therapist I want to be apart of your journey wherever you are at. Whether it is just maintenance and maintaining a healthy body or you have a specific injury or problem you are looking for help with. My goal is always to help you be able to participate in everyday life without chronic aches and pains.
My goal as a Massage Therapist is to keep you moving
I know that sometime life get’s crazy and prevents us from taking care of our bodies the way we know we should. I want to be apart of helping you stay active, so that you can take care of those around you . I will even give you suggestions on how to work on and target the areas I think could use a little extra work so that you can continue to see improvement in your recovery off the table as well.

This massage was the best Christmas gift to myself! I wanted a foot massage that focused on pressure points and reflexology with a bit of neck/shoulders/head work as well. It was perfect!
